We require one business day’s notice for any changes or cancellations to the appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us by email or speak with one of our live agents prior to 12:00pm. Please note that voicemail cancellations will not be accepted. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. If you cancel after 12:00pm on the business day prior to your appointment or on the same day as your appointment, an automatic $95.00 charge will be applied to the credit card you provided at the time of booking. This charge applies if you decline the time-frame your technician has provided for you or if no one is available when the technician arrives for your appointment.

For Initial Visit Service Calls, a deposit will be charged directly to your credit card at the time of booking. Any parts or supplies used to complete the repair will be an additional charge and will be directly billed to your credit card once the estimate has been approved by you. Final invoices will also be directly billed to the credit card you provided at the time of booking. Please note that a 2% service charge per month (24% per annum) may be applied to overdue accounts.

We cannot guarantee the completion of all repairs due to factors such as manufacturer parts availability or the age/condition of the appliance. The initial visit service fee includes a time block on our schedule to diagnose and repair your appliance, as well as the expertise of our factory certified technician. We offer a 60 day labour guarantee on our workmanship once the service has been completed. If additional trips are required after the initial visit, we will send you an estimate for labour and parts to the email address on file. All parts will be shipped directly to your service location upon acceptance of the estimate and will be billed directly to the credit card on file prior to ordering. If your appliance has been diagnosed as a sealed system failure, the cost of a sealed system repair is not included in the diagnostic fee and would be an additional labour charge. Please note that any major repairs, including tub repairs of washers, may be subject to additional labour charges. If a second technician is required, there will be an additional charge of $155.00 per time block.
