It really helps to know what appliance we'll be servicing, so providing a model and serial number is quite important. If you don't have it handy now, you may provide it to our dispatch team when they follow up with you.

Other number
Some brands, such as as Samsung and Fisher & Paykel, will have an additional number, sometimes called a "revision" or "index" number (Samsung requires this number). These may be necessary to acquire the correct parts. Attaching a photo of your model and serial tag would provide us all the information we need.
